Developed to record the incredible three-month global transformation project that saw the Financial and Risk arm of Thomson Reuters become a fully new, separately owned company called Refinitiv, this case study reports the colossal efforts taken by the joint team along with CloudPay to establish the new company and keep payrolls running without interruption.
Against a three-month deadline, the team established 57 new legal entities and 117 new payrolls, with zero interruption to payroll delivery. The impressive project was named a Highly Commended Transformation Project of the Year at the 2019 GPA Awards.
